FeasyBeacon FSC-BP102 is a Bluetooth USB Proximity Beacon, which uses iBeacon technology or Eddystone(URL and UID) or Altbeacon,

FeasyBeacon FSC-BP102 can be powered by any electronic device with USB port or directly by the AC power mains through an AC/DC power supply with USB port. This ensures an endless operating life, with no maintenance operation for battery replacement. Transmit Distance reach up to 80m.

FeasyBeacon FSC-BP102 is particularly suitable for integration with PoS (Point-of-Sale) devices,electronic kiosks,retail, stadium,museum, hospital, exhibition, hotel, restaurant ,etc. It supports both profiles of SPP and BLE and has a USB interface.

 

The USB interface has 2 functions: serial port and keyboard.

Bluetooth data transfer to Bluetooth serial port transparent transmission function can be realized.

1. What is the function of Bluetooth serial port transparent transmission?
Users can connect to the FSC-BP102 via Bluetooth and send data to the FSC-BP102 via SPP or BLE. The FSC-BP102 will output the received data to the host through the serial port.

2.How to select the most suitable installation?
The beacon signal will be lost if it is blocked by metal, water or the human body. For that reason it is good to place the beacons above 2.5 meters high on walls or on the ceiling.

3. When receiving the beacon broadcast notification?
Is the Bluetooth 5 smartphone faster than Bluetooth 4 smartphone? No, it's depend on the android and iOS operate system, has nothing to do with the Bluetooth standard.

4. Proximity beacon can collect data? 
Beacons themselves don't collect data. They broadcast signals that can be detected by apps on mobile devices.

5.What should i do if i forget Feasybeacon password? If miss the password, you can connect beacon using the default password (000000) within 1 minute of power-on. Follow the steps below to modify password. Re-power the Beacon device. Enter FeasyBeacon APP, connect beacon device by default password (000000) in the setting interface. Change new password and save it.
